Return Eligibility & Instructions
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

⚠️ This address is for returns only. Any other forms of correspondence (e.g., letters or packages unrelated to returns) sent to this address will be returned to the sender.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All packaging, labels, or tags (if applicable) must be intact.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.

Email us at shop@meet5.com or support@printful.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

Claims must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error or defect.
