How long does shipping take?
All of our products are made on demand, so shipping takes a little longer than the usual online shop. The average shipping takes 3-6 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 20 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our Returns Policy page for details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
In case of damage or incorrect delivery, send an e-mail to shop@meet5.com. Remember to provide details about your issue, such as photos if applicable. We will handle the rest for you.

If your package has not arrived, send us an e-mail at shop@meet5.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the item cannot be located, we will send a replacement to your address.
