How does my return work?

  • First fill out the return form with your name and order number, as well as the item and reason for the return.

Wie läuft die Rücksendung ab?

Fülle zunächst das Rücksendeformular aus; du erhältst daraufhin ein Retourenlabel, mit dem du das Paket kostenfrei zurückschicken kannst. Wenn du einen Umtausch angefordert hast, wird der neue Artikel versendet, sobald die Retoure bei uns eingetroffen ist. Falls du eine Rückerstattung möchtest, erfolgt diese ebenfalls nach Ankunft und Prüfung der Retoure.

How does the refund process work?

As soon as we have received the return, you will receive a full refund to your chosen payment method. If you have used coupons for the order, these will also be credited back and you can redeem them again in the store.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item. Please make sure that the item is undamaged and unworn so that the return can be processed without any problems.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the order clearly showing the damage. We will then take care of a quick solution, be it a replacement item or a refund.
